Service call fee is $89 plus tax. If you proceed with the repair, this fee will be applied toward the total cost. Please note that card payments are subject to a small processing fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
**How the Service Process Works** A technician will come out and perform a diagnostic to identify the issue. After the inspection, we will explain the problem and provide a clear estimate, including parts and labor. Once you have the full picture, you can decide if you would like to proceed with the repair. If parts need to be ordered, a deposit of about 50% is required. If the necessary parts are available, the repair can often be completed on the spot, and payment is made after or during the service. If the repair turns out to be too costly, we will always let you know honestly and help you make the best decision.
