FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is structured to be fair, predictable, and efficient. NYC projects often include real time outside of the work itself travel, access, project logistics. So I use a clear minimum and confirm the total up front once I review the details. That way you get professional execution without surprises, and I can commit the right amount of time to do the job properly. If anything will affect pricing (scope changes, wall/surface conditions, specialty hardware, or building requirements), it’s communicated before we begin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You share a few details about the project (photos help), and I confirm the best approach, pricing, and an appointment window. On-site, I verify the scope before starting, complete the work cleanly and efficiently, and communicate clearly if anything changes. After completion, I confirm everything is finished to standard and provide the final invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a 10+ year veteran in the heavy civil marine industry , with ongoing, intensive training throughout the year focused on safety, precision, and proper installation standards. That experience also includes strong project-management habits—planning work efficiently, communicating clearly, staying organized, and delivering high-quality results on schedule.
