- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service call fee is 60 dollars. If you decide to repair with our company then the diagnostic will be free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you contact us we will find you a convenient time for a service call from our skilled technician. After the diagnosis, if the technician has spare parts available, or if the repair can be done without using spare parts, we will agree with you on the price of the repair and the technician will fix everything on the same day. If the repair requires ordering spare parts, we will agree with you on the price of the repair, order the parts from our trusted supplier and, after receiving the parts, will schedule a new follow-up visit for the final repair. We offer a 6 month warranty on all our work and spare parts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The technicians working in our company are highly skilled and qualified professionals. They possess a strong educational background and extensive training in the field of appliance repair. Our team consists of technicians who have completed relevant vocational training programs and often hold certifications in HVAC Repair. Their education and training encompass a wide range of skills, including: diagnostic expertise, repair techniques, electrical and mechanical knowledges, safety protocols.
