Multiple problems with my older garagedoor. Ben was able to identify and fix the problems including a few additional recommendations to improve the life of the garagedoor. Overall cost was lower than replacing the door but giving it the same functionality.
A couple of issues occurred 2 days after the repair. Reached out to him and he responded really quick. Issue fixed in the same day.
I would recommend for quality and responsiveness.

They did a great job, my door spring broke and he looked at and explained to me what was wrong even sent a video to show me what happened. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by listening carefully to their concerns and asking a few questions to understand the problem. Next, I schedule a convenient time to inspect the garage door and provide a clear, detailed explanation of the issue. Once the customer approves, I complete the repair or service efficiently and make sure everything is working perfectly. Before leaving, I walk the customer through the work done, answer any questions, and offer maintenance tips to keep their door in great shape. Transparency and customer satisfaction are always my top priorities.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve undergone hands-on training in garage door repair and installation, focusing on diagnosing and fixing problems efficiently. Over the years, I’ve gained practical experience working on a wide range of doors, openers, and systems. I’ve also invested in learning sales and customer service skills to ensure every customer has a great experience. My training is a mix of real-world expertise and staying up-to-date with the latest tools and techniques in the industry.
