Ariel team did a fantastic job crafting a custom solution for some phone booths that we installed in our office -- they had no roof, hence no sound control/quality, prior to Ariel taking on our project. The Service did go well, I'd give it a strong 3.5 out of 5. Joe was very cordial and professional. One of his team members did a wonderful job caulking for our very large space. 3 spaces were left without caulking or less than stellar caulking. Not a huge deal. However, getting someone to come back and finish has been a bit tough as its been a few weeks and I have not been able to reach or schedule someone. Wound up finishing the task myself with a flex shot.
