My name is Aslam, and I have been in the construction industry for over 15 years, proudly serving all five boroughs of the New York City. Throughout my career, my team and I have completed wide range of residential and commercial projects from full gut renovations of townhouses to kitchens, bathrooms, carpentry, handyman repairs, and all types of interior and exterior work. Basically we do anything related to construction. I began my journey as a painter, and over time I realized how many homeowners were struggling to find a dependable, honest, and consistent contractor. That's what motivated me to expand into full-scale residential contracting. There is always high demand in New York City for a reliable professionals, and I wanted to be the person clients trust without hesitation. What I enjoy most about this work is delivering projects that come from the heart. When a client gives a sincere thank you or gives a 5 star review, it reminds me that we are doing the things right way. Outside of work, I'm always learning. whenever I travel to other countries, I pay attention to design ideas and craftsmanship that inspire me, and I bring those influences into my projects. My personal hobbies include cooking and MMA training both of which help me stay disciplined, creative, and focused.

Supreme Renovation A2Z renovated my studio apartment and they were top-notch. I was dreading the whole process and expected the worst but they exceeded my hopes and expectations in every respect. My apartment was very challenging in that NOTHING is straight but you'd never know it by the end-product. My place was a challenge that they are well-equipped to handle. I was stressed out and nervous and they put me at ease. They gut renovated my kitchen and bathroom, remodeled a closet and repainted the entire apartment. I am beyond pleased with the result. I am in love with the end product. They are creative, detail-oriented, honest, hard-working and extremely professional. Mike, Aslam and their team have integrity and that is no small thing. I enjoyed working with them (also no small thing) and should I have any future needs, will engage them in a hear-beat. I'd recommend them to any and everyone.

Mike, Aslam, and their team did an amazing, thorough, and professional job completely renovating our two bathrooms top to bottom. They brought our dream bathrooms to life over a short four weeks. When we first reached out to them, they were very quick to respond and provide a thorough estimate and contract. We had reached out to multiple other contractors, and A2Z was by far the most responsive, courteous, and reasonable. They were the clear choice for us early on. Once we began the work, they kept to their projected price and timeline, and even assisted us with several other projects we decided to take on during the renovation for a reasonable cost, including removing and installing a new dishwasher, washer, and dryer, fixing our doors, and more. They took great care to protect the building hallways and elevator, and the inside of our apartment. And they kept us posted at every stage of the project with written and photo updates, and were extremely responsive to our questions and requests. We are very excited with our new bathrooms and apartment, and would not hesitate to reach out to Mike and Aslan again for future work.

I interviewed 5 contractors for my bathroom renovation in Manhattan. All bids came in at approximately the same cost with the exception of a few outliers. I chose Supreme Renovation because Aslam Pars was one of two contractors to give the attention to detail that is required for every renovation. He spent time asking the right questions, doing measurements and offering suggestions and alternatives when appropriate.All of the work was completed professionally, on time and documented with photographs for status updates. The workers were polite, professional and cleaned the work area daily. Mr. Pars was always professional and he supervised the work daily and did some of the work himself when needed. The result is a beautiful bathroom remodel. I highly recommend Supreme Renovation A2Z.

As architects we are always looking for contractors who can perform quality work on schedule; when they do a good job we look good.Mike and team take schedules seriously - if they give a timeline they stick to it, this is rare in the business. From the start they make sure all materials, permits etc. are in place so there are no mea culpas due to last minute thinking. It is clearly communicated from the start if there are any supply chain issues that could impact the project, and they work with designers/clients to find alternate suppliers that can meet the aesthetic demands and keep up with the project schedule.If there is something damaged or performed wrong, even if it is not within their scope of responsibility, Mike and team go above and beyond to make sure it is taken care of. Two examples: one, the millworker painted one of the custom kitchen cabinets a slightly wrong color of white - Mike did not avoid responsibility for his sub contractors work and not only had a replacement, but he reinstalled it within days; two, the client ordered a fridge that was most likely damaged from the manufacturer, however the damage was not discovered until weeks later - this is often a place of contention with contractors as it is unclear if appliance issues are their responsibility or the owners. Mike did not hesitate, he ordered and paid for a replacement fridge. This second fridge arrived damaged from the manufacturer, he then ordered a third fridge which additionally came damaged from the manufacturer (further proving the initial damage was almost certainly caused by the manufacturer). He persisted until the issue was fully resolved, above and beyond.Mike and team take pride in their work and insist that a job is not done until the client is happy. He was all hands on with minimal supervision but made progress reports periodically and sending pictures to identify project stages either by text or email without fail. On many instances, Mike offered practical solutions in keeping the aesthetic quality in mind to achieve the kitchen and bath designs I proposed. Sincere with his words to guide through this project, he drove me to his supplier to choose the finishing materials.
