I provide coordination and project management for a wide range of projects, with services from schematics through construction administration. I produce construction documents for various residential, commercial, and community facility projects. I needed an architect for some renovations on my brownstone. I didn't know step 1 of the process. Mr Wilder came highly recommended from a mutual friend. I did my research and gave him a call
I explained all that I wanted and he explained all I needed to accomplish my goal. He was very professional, he was always on time and in constant communication with me which is what I liked most. He presented different contractors for the job since I didn't have my own. He helped me negotiate and stay within my budget. At the time I was expecting so I was under a deadline. Mr Wilder dealt with my indecisiveness and was very patient with me.
I would say he goes above and beyond for his clients and being a "perfectionist" himself you are guaranteed to be beyond satisfied with his work. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.!!!!
