Having worked with studio musicians for over 10 years, I can honestly say Dan is one of the finest guitar and pedal steel players I've ever worked with. His expertise as a player and overall knowledge across all genres of music is impressive and his skills as an instructor are top notch.

It takes someone who truly knows an instrument to teach it well -- and not just the mechanics but all the nuances of playing it. Dan has both in droves. He also posseses what is to me, the most important quality of anyone teaching an art --- patience. Along with a gentle manner, kind disposition and excellent taste and knowledge around music, Dan has this in droves. Highly recommended.
