- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We run a 100% online-based business which means we don't have a physical store to rent, a team of salespeople to pay or inventory to keep. We offer fair pricing and installment payment programs with Klarna and Affirm. Please feel free to share your budget and we can give you some suggestions to make the custom design work within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first ask you some questions to understand your needs, lifestyle, design choices and budget. Our design and consultation deposit is $125. Don't worry! This will be credited toward the final pricing so this service is offered to you completely free. Once we nail down on a design, we can give you a rough estimate. Once you approve all the CAD and 3D renderings, we can advise the finalized pricing and the balance payment needs to be received to move forward with the production. We accept Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, credit card and also offer installment payment options with Klarna for both the deposit and balance. It takes about 4~6 weeks to create your custom jewelry depending on the complexity of the design. And of course, you will be updated in every step of the process!
