It was a pleasure working with Azizi install and assembly. Karim is well skilled in his craft. He assemble my treadmill and help me with the programming. Set up my storage cabinet and followed all directions. He made sure the cabinet is probably balanced so that it would not fall forward. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was efficiently installed properly. Extremely professional, I can't wait to work with him again. 👍🏼👍🏼🤗🤗

He showed up on time. I was very respectful and nice took his time. He also cleaned up after himself asked for necessary things to clean. Went out of his way to fix a problem. Showed me his work before leaving and cleaned up before he left. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

I previously chose another company on Thumbtack that was unprofessional, and never showed up. I really needed to get the AC working so that my husbands bed which is heat sensitive would stop shutting off. Kareem came through for us and it showed in my tip. I would hire him again. If I have another issue, he was friendly and professional he also installed this type of AC before which was comforting to know.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price to cover my costs of the job and fairly compensate myself for the effort and hard work I put into it. If I see a customer is in a dire situation and needs help, I'll cut the price because I got into this profession to help people who can't help themselves as well.
Cancelation policy: If a customer cancels a confirmed appointment within 24 hours of that time, there will be a a charge of $25. If canceled after the agreed upon time, I will charg my hourly rate plus taxes of $70.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself and give some information about myself pertaining to the job. I can answer any questions pertaining to the job at hand or the Thumbtack application. I also like to start with a discount to allow a customer to get to k ow me and if they like my work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Zicklin School of Business at Baruch University in NYC. Earned my BA in small business and entrepreneurship. In my experience as a maintenance man and operations manager, I received a lot of hands-on training from the most experienced handyman. I took an apprenticeship under him for years and learned many skills.
