- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That I charge my price is based upon how much I have to pay the app for a lead the complication of your job and where you’re located all these things factor in. but generally I like to be on the side of saving you some money So I’m always looking to cut the competition 😉
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I like to confirm with the customer so I can get a exact picture in my head of what you want to do always double checking as far as height and measurement and placement and always getting you do you know walk around so you can generally get a feel for how these products are items I will be putting up will look in your home
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was the assistant to the superintendent for 10yrs
