Hello, My name is Briant. I am Senior Handyman. I starting working with my father since the age of 12 years old. After school I will do my homework and go help my father with his work. My father is a Superintendent of 6 residential buildings. Any type of work we will do together. Electricity, plumbing, carpentry, framing, Sheetrock insulation and repairs, floor repairs and installations, plaster, painting of walls and entire apartment painting jobs, lighting repairs and installation, window AC installation and TV mounting. Briant did a great job, was very professional, and responsive, and showed up on time. He replaced my client's microwave handle and while he was there to my surprise he also repaired the thermostat for the heater that wasn't working properly. I spoke with several technicians and he also gave me the best quote for the job as well. I highly recommend him and will call him for future jobs.

Briant was excellent and we couldn’t recommend him more. He removed our old wall a/c unit without making a mess, very neatly installed the new unit with all the proper insulation and ensured it worked, and even helped us bring our old unit down the main floor. He is very professional, kind, and the kind of handyman you can trust. Definitely don’t give Briant a miss - he’ll be our handyman moving forward!!

My prices will vary depending on jobs. Sometimes can be more and sometimes can be less. Specially if I can see the work that needs to be done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key when working with new customer and already existing customers. Good communication is priority for quality work and synchronization.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Berk Trade School to learn my skills in plumbing, to Union to learn electrical skills. Sheetrock/ plaster/ tape/ sanding/ painting/ framing/ floor repairs/ appliance repairs/ TV mounting/ and all the other skills I gain with my father and some others on my own.
