Hello, My name is Briant. I am Senior Handyman. I starting working with my father since the age of 12 years old. After school I will do my homework and go help my father with his work. My father is a Superintendent of 6 residential buildings. Any type of work we will do together. Electricity, plumbing, carpentry, framing, Sheetrock insulation and repairs, floor repairs and installations, plaster, painting of walls and entire apartment painting jobs, lighting repairs and installation, window AC installation and TV mounting. I learn all I know from him. Now I am 30 years old and been doing it on my own. I consider myself pretty good at what I do, since this is what I know best. Handyman business is my business. My prices will vary depending on jobs. Sometimes can be more and sometimes can be less. Specially if I can see the work that needs to be done.

Communication is key when working with new customer and already existing customers. Good communication is priority for quality work and synchronization.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Berk Trade School to learn my skills in plumbing, to Union to learn electrical skills. Sheetrock/ plaster/ tape/ sanding/ painting/ framing/ floor repairs/ appliance repairs/ TV mounting/ and all the other skills I gain with my father and some others on my own.
