- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very reasonable and it comes with free consultations, after care and maintenance. I will work with your budget and the more things there are to be done, the bigger my bundle discount is. We also do a lot of Instagram promotions, local discounts, referral discounts, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin with a phone call or a detailed email is greatly appreciated. This let's us know the score of work and let's us ask all the right questions during step two: An on-site consultation. Upon visiting the property we are ready to give an accurate quote, advise on how to get the best for your budget and give you a completion time frame. Step three is simple, we get the job done and make sure that it's to your satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from apprenticing with various professionals. From flooring, tiling, electric work, plumbing. I was fortunate enough to find a mentor in almost every aspect of home improvement. Working as a building manager for four buildings located in NYC for over four years also exposed me to a lot of things.
