I work at an hourly rate of 100 per hour. If you are not prepared for this rate, please do not reach out. I specialize in interior construction and renovation projects with proper scope and planning. With over 10 years of experience in construction and home improvement, I deliver structured, high-quality results with professional execution. My expertise includes building new interior walls and layouts, framing, drywall installation and repair, full surface preparation (patching, sanding, priming), interior wall and ceiling painting, attic projects, and full bathroom remodels including tile work. I work with a team of at least two professionals on every project, and our full crew consists of four skilled members. This allows us to complete projects efficiently, maintain high standards, and meet deadlines without cutting corners. I take on projects that require real workmanship and proper execution — whether small or large in size. However, I do not accept quick 2–3 hour service calls or low-budget patch jobs. The minimum engagement is one full working day to ensure quality and efficiency. Please note: I do not provide estimates based on photos alone.
