- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. Base Rate: Our standard rate is $75 per hour. (minimum 2 hours). This rate includes all basic handyman services. 2. 8,875% NY state service taxes fee. If you paying in CASH it’s no fees. 3. Discounts: For large projects (over 7 days), we offer a fixed price for the entire project. 4. Payment Methods: We accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, Pay Pal, credit card and cash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Consultation: We start with a detailed discussion of the schedule and tasks to understand the needs, preferences, and specific project requirements. 2. Proposal and Estimate: We provide a detailed proposal outlining the upcoming work, necessary materials, and cost estimate. 3. Site Visit: Before starting, our handyman reassesses the site and adjusts the timeline (the time may change due to unforeseen circumstances not visible in photos). 4. Execution: Our team begins the work, maintaining communication with the client throughout the process. 5. Quality Check and Final Walkthrough: After completion, we conduct a quality check and a final walkthrough with the client. 6. Feedback and Follow-Up: We seek feedback to ensure the client is completely satisfied with the work done.
