- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive prices and work with your budget in mind. We offered tired pricing throughout the month and excellent discounts for seniors and artists in need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally have a short discussion about scope of task and if we're a good fit we sign a contract and schedule right away. We tend to book out far in advance so sometimes the lead time can be 2-3 weeks, especially during the very busy months. It's always best to book earlier in the month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of the contractors I work with have over 10 years experience between freelance and working with other established tradesmen. They are vetted thoroughly to ensure when they show up to site they will deliver the same quality of work and customer service I would be proud to call my own.
