We had these guys install a stud buildout in order to mount a heavy item. These guys were great. I was really happy with the job and the quickness of it all. We’re still waiting to see if it’s sufficient for the mount but I’m confident it’ll be all good. Would work with again for sure.

Vincenzo did a great job and was very honest. He and I had agreed that he'd do three jobs for me, pending his assessment of their feasibility once he got to my apartment. For one of them (drywall repair), he said he'd need more time + extra supplies, so we rescheduled that project. For another, (outlet installation) he determined that it would be best for me to hire a licensed electrician, and recommended someone. For the third (TV + mount removal), he did a great job. No hesitations to hire him - super professional, communicative, and competent.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by clarifying the full scope so everything is handled efficiently. Most projects are bundled and scheduled once the scope and timeline are confirmed.
We tend to book out far in advance so sometimes the lead time can be 2-3 weeks, especially during the very busy months. It's always best to book earlier in the month.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of the contractors I work with have over 10 years experience between freelance and working with other established tradesmen.
They are vetted thoroughly to ensure when they show up to site they will deliver the same quality of work and customer service I would be proud to call my own.
