Paul gave me details on what I would need for installation of water softener and also suggested me a prefilter that I should get installed. He have options so that I could buy those myself and have those delivered prior to water softener installation.

He was right on time on the day promised, even though it was weekend, he saw the setup area, got the required supplies from home Depot and installed the water softener completely; even though he took a long time, he never compromised on quality of work.

The work done was of high quality and he charged me appropriate money for his time and the supplies based on receipt. It was a no hassle installation, thanks to Paul.. great work and quick communication all through!!

Would definitely hire him for any other plumbing needs and would surely recommend.

I am very pleased with the outcome of Sergi's work. He called to request whether he could come earlier than normally scheduled which worked out perfect for me. Very polite and knowledgeable and got the job done quick. I had a leaky tub faucet. He even drove me to Home Depot in his own car to get the washers needed. Will definitely utilize their services again. Thank you!
