- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and stress-free. We start by learning about your project—either through our online booking form, photos and details you provide, or a quick conversation if needed. This helps us understand the scope of work and prepare the right team and materials. Once everything is reviewed, we provide clear, straightforward pricing with no hidden fees. We don’t nickel and dime projects, and we don’t believe in surprise charges. To secure your service date, we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion. On the day of service, our professionals arrive on time, protect your space, and complete the work with careful attention to detail. After the job is complete, we review the work with you, clean up thoroughly, and make sure you’re satisfied. We stand by our workmanship and are always available if you have questions or need follow-up support. From first contact to final walkthrough, our goal is to make your experience straightforward, professional, and reliable.
