- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the affordable cost of the diagnostics which is only $70. The diagnostics fee will be included in the cost of the labor. We provide the advantageous warranty conditions - half year for the labor and part.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The whole process is - we schedule an appointment, show up for the diagnostic, determine the issue, provide the cost of the repair and fix the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians receive the knowledges of our best European specialists. Also our technicians can receive the technicial support when they are on site.
