The results were excellent! The cleaner arrived on time, fully prepared with all the necessary supplies and equipment. They were efficient, thorough, and paid close attention to details that are often overlooked. Every part of the apartment is now sparkling clean. The kitchen, including the stove and oven, gleamed. Even the closets are cleaner and more organized. The apartment feels and smells fresh and spotless. They even cleaned under furniture and tackled hard-to-reach spots, which made a big difference. The service exceeded expectations. From the initial booking to the final result, everything was handled with professionalism. I couldn’t believe it—-my cleaning lady forgot her gloves and Augustus came over speedily and delivered a set plus trash bags and microfiber cloths. And it was a Sunday! (I told him I would provide the vacuum cleaner, manual and electric mops, broom and dust pan and liquid floor cleaner.) He was easy to talk to. and as you can see, reliable and dependable.
