Our pricing is transparent and straightforward. We calculate your cleaning cost based on the size of your home, cleaning type, frequency, and any add-ons. Recurring cleanings come with a discounted rate (10% for monthly, 15% for biweekly, and 20% for weekly). There are no contracts, and you can cancel or switch cleaners anytime. If you need to reschedule, just let us know by 3 PM the day before your appointment to avoid the $40 late rescheduling/cancellation fee. No hidden fees, ever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s simple: 1. Book online in just a few clicks on our website. 2. Tell us your preferences — you can add special instructions in your booking. 3. We match you with a cleaner (the same one for future visits if you book recurring). 4. Cleaning day: You’ll get text updates, the cleaner arrives, and your home gets a thorough clean. 5. Feedback: After your cleaning, we’ll ask how everything went. We adjust as needed to make sure you’re 100% happy.

Our cleaners each bring at least 3+ years of professional home cleaning experience. We carefully vet them through background checks.
