Gladys was wonderful. She gave my bedroom and bathroom a thorough cleaning - they look perfect. I was also accommodated same day, which was very helpful as I was moving in to this room that was left dirty by the previous tenant. I recommend this company wholeheartedly and will definitely use them again

My conversations with Monica were so professional and thorough. They gave me a more than reasonable price. Yolanda came first thing in the morning and she truly was so hard working...even my little kids couldn’t help comment on her wonderful work ethic. Gladys was absolutely AMAZING! I was truly impressed by Impressive Cleaning Services in helping with a last-minute cleaning request. Monica was incredibly responsive and quoted me a very reasonable price. And, they were able to come at 6 pm on the same day I contacted them. But, most impressive was Gladys! I'm honestly blown away. She cleaned our entire three bedroom, two bathroom HOUSE in three hours (including cleaning out the fridge), and her work was immaculate! She was incredibly nice, extremely professional, and so sweet with our two dogs (including one *very* rambunctious puppy). I simply could not have asked for a better experience. We'll definitely be using Impressive Cleaning Services again. Such a fantastic company!

Monica was easy to communicate and organized. She had one of her cleaners, Carla, come exactly on the day we requested. Carla cleaned our home. She was detail oriented, thorough, and kind. Our home was a bit of a disaster because we just moved in and the house is still being renovated. She both cleaned and straightened out— which we appreciated because we were overwhelmed by the chaos. However, now our house smells good and looks beautiful. We would definitely have her clean again.

Rather than charging by the hour, we prefer to charge one fair price per job. Of course, all fees are negotiable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First letting they know that I’m insured certified that I have very good references, and explain them how the cleaning is going to be, that at the end they are going to be satisfied with the job
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some colllege, my training is working 16 years in cleaning services.
