FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on your home's size, layout, and what you actually need — no surprises when we arrive. We offer three service levels: our Essential Clean for regular upkeep, our Deep Clean for a thorough reset, and our Complete Home Care package for clients who want a fully managed home environment. Recurring clients receive meaningful discounts — up to 20% off for weekly service, 15% for bi-weekly, and 10% for monthly. NYC homes are all different, so we build every quote around your specific space rather than giving you a generic number. Reach out and we'll put together a clear, itemized estimate before anything is confirmed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation — either by message or a brief call — to understand your home, your priorities, and how you live in your space. From there, we send you a detailed written estimate so you know exactly what's included before anything is confirmed. On your first clean, we take extra time to learn your home. Where things are, what matters most to you, any surfaces or items that need special attention. By the second or third visit, our team moves through your home with precision and efficiency. Most of our long-term clients tell us they barely notice we were there — except that everything feels different.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional-grade cleaning techniques, proper product usage for a wide range of surfaces — stone, hardwood, stainless, marble — and safe handling of cleaning agents in residential environments. We stay current on best practices for high-end homes, which often have materials and finishes that require a different level of care than standard apartments. Beyond technique, we invest heavily in operational training: communication standards, time management, and how to treat a client's home with genuine respect. In a city like New York, where your home is your sanctuary, that matters just as much as knowing how to clean.
