I can't start telling you how much I recommend them. Love love love them!!!!!!! There is no way I could keep up with all my Airbnb cleanings and messy guests if it wasn't for them. Liz always accommodates my needs, and goes beyond to make sure my places are taken care of. I have two 3BR Apts and two 2BR that need daily cleanings and the two girls are always there 15 minutes before the time agreed on. The girls are also very friendly and easy to talk to. There's one girl who doesn't speak much English (Spanish only) but she's great too. I have her a try once by showing her what and where she needed to clean and she did just fine. I like that I'm able to text Liz anytime and also that she shows she cares about their service. They require a broom and a mop, but for $25 they can get the rest of the supplies to clean your place if you let them know. I'm happy with them and I prefer to keep using them instead of going with random cleaner's every time.

Always on time. Very organized cleaning lady. I book my cleanings ahead of time and I've never had any issues. I like this company. My friends are using them too and have had positive experiences as well.

I found Layla's ad on craigslist and I tried them last month for the first time. Liz (the manager) is very responsive and and gives you options when it comes to deep cleaning and supplies which I like, because I like to use my own, I like to know what they're using and because my son has certain allergies. Her cleaning ladies are very focused and down right excellent. Their job is neat and they have always been on time. Ever since, I book twice a week. I totally recommend them.

House Cleaning

The woman sent by this company was very nice and professional. My complaint lies with the Administration. Although it was all in writing (another reason to love Thumbtack!) there was clearly a misunderstanding about the price, who was providing cleaning supplies & the tasks to be completed. While the owner did reimburse for an overcharge as well as $12 of the $33 spent on cleaning supplies, we were inconvenienced by having to run out at the last minute to purchase supplies & although it had been requested & agreed to have the refrigerator cleaned, that was never done. After the woman left it was also noticed that blinds on windows also were not dusted. Generally speaking, the cleaning that was done was good & the cleaner was quite pleasant. I would advise being wary of communication with this service & be sure to keep all communication in writing.

We try to work with our customer needs as much as we can. When you appointed your son to take over the booking, he agreed on getting supplies. We catered to what he told us. We apologize for the misunderstanding.

    Everything. The customer is the person who has a budget and pricing should be discussed when the booking is being discussed.

    When a customer is interested in our services, we ask them to provide us with the best day and time for the cleaning. Also the method of payment they'll be using and to provide us with a broom and a mop (required). We can provide cleaning supplies at the customer's request.

    Although our company has been in the market for 5 years, our cleaning ladies have over 10 years of experience.
