Zilda is amazing! She is hardworking, reliable and really cares about her work. My favorite days are when I come home and she has been there because everything is fresh and clean!

Zilda was good but unreliable. The one time she came (it was supposed to be a weekly cleaning) she left me stranded last minute, after she assured me she was going to be available weekly, which is why I let the housekeeper I had go, to go with Zilda. But she was unreliable.
