- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For maid service we charge $24 per hour per person. For handy man we charge $45 per hour per person. For steam cleaning we charge $49 per room. For stripping, waxing and buffing the price may vary depending on the condition/type of the floor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first experience with our customers sets the tone for our future relationship so we want to provide the best possible service from day one. For recurring services we always try to send the same person every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our maids and technicians have years of experience in the field.
