Clarke was friendly, professional, and efficient. He installed two units within 40 minutes and installed plexiglass on one of the windows so I didn’t lose too much light. The details of the installation were neat and well done. He was very sweet towards my dog and wore a mask with no complaint when I asked him to. Would definitely hire again!

Clarke was professional, prompt, and courteous. He fixed a strange wiring/electrical issue with my A/C very quickly and explained what led to the problem and how to avoid it in the future. I would highly recommend Clarke and NYC Pigeon Air Conditioner for A/C work.

Clarke did an excellent job installing multiple air conditioners in our apartment. He was communicative, flexible, and very responsive before arriving for the job; once he was here, he worked quickly and skillfully, installing three air conditioners in a fraction of the time it would have taken us to do it ourselves.
