- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, as is the size, complexity and scope for each one. That is why I like to provide a flat rate for each project, calculated based on an estimated number of hours according to your needs . My standard hourly rate is $125, and my array of services is designed to match your project's requirements: **DESIGN YOUR WELL BEING:** A one-on-one interior design consultation to transform a specific room into a place that resonates with your style and well-being. - **VIRTUAL DESIGN:** A complete and immersive interior design experience that allows you to see your vision come to life, step by step and finally visualize your design in a 3D model that is 95% similar to reality, before make any physical changes - **PROJECT MANAGEMENT:** A seamless service that handles all aspects of the execution process, focusing on budget control, purchasing and contract management, and on-site supervision. - **Style and organization:** A transformation service that declutters and organizes your space, adding well-thought-out accessories to create beauty, functionality, freshness, order and tranquility. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) *Connect & Share:* Let's chat via call or Zoom. Share your project's needs, your taste, daily life, and dream space ideas. Show me your inspiration! 2) *Offer & Agreement:* I'll present an offer and schedule. After review, we sign an agreement. 3) *Let's Find Your own Style:* Through a fun questionnaire, we will discover YOUR own style. We will create a MOOD BOARD with colors, textures, and vibes to show the look & feel for your new space. 4) *Measurements & Vision:* Grab measurements on-site (or virtual by sharing space sketches, photos or videos for my insight) 5) *Design Journey:* I dive into your space's layout, propose furniture placement, and choose finishes. Selecting furniture and decor to suit your vision, budget, and considering internal traffic flows, focal points, and maximizing available space. 6) *Smooth Execution:* Once the design propossal is acepted, I will manage purchases, deliveries and budget. This is the seamless and stress-free way to bring your interior design dreams to life, ensures that every aspect of your design journey is expertly handled, from inception to completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I like to say to my clients that I am a Civil Engineer and Project Manager as a profesion, and an Interior Designer and Deco-Coach by PASSION with more than 18 years of experience in the Construction and Design field. I have worked hand to hand with some of the largest construction and design companies not only in Costa Rica, but also in the USA, to create unique projects.
