- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer two e-design package prices on my website. You can download my information guide to get a better understanding of my process, FAQ and can contact me if you have more questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is reviewing my website, checking out my services page, this will give you an idea on the process. After you have purchased a package, you'll get a welcome email with a link to a questionnaire. This is a very important step! I can't get started without it. Here you will fill out the form to give me an idea of what you're looking for, upload photos of your current space and share inspiration on what you would like. Within two weeks, I'll send you a design package with a floor plan, 3D rendering of your space, shopping list of items you can purchase and a style note on what I've designed for you. What's great about this is you can really see how the space can look after updating your room and purchase little by little or all at once if you'd like with the shopping list I send you. You're in control of your room with the guidance and eye of an interior designer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Art Foundation, I also learned Interior Design at the New York Institute of Art and Design. I am an IIDA member of the NY chapter for Interior Design and a committee member of the Residential Forum for IIDA.
