- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price includes typical materials, labor and insurance. If we view the job and find it is smaller or larger or more or less complicated we will adjust the price to be fair to customers and clients. No jobs are begun before the client reviews and approves a contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We look at the job. One or both of us speak with the client about their needs and what they want to accomplish. We send an estimate. Once the estimate and Scope of work is approved we set a start date. On the start date we sign a contract with the client that lists the Scope of work and payment schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 25 years in the construction field. The team has experience with masonry, painting, electrical, sheetrock . We have worked in schools, churches, residences of all kinds.
