- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We provide some pricing guidelines when we meet with a potential client, whether it is about a wedding or a new garden. However, we try and not set a standard, because we want to be as flexible and accommodating as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When a potential client inquires about a wedding, event, or garden, we offer a complimentary meeting or site visit and then during this initial discussion, we suggest a plan on how to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My background is in Ornamental Horticulture in which I received a BS, and I received a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. I have been in the floral and garden industry since high school and worked with many different designers at all level. Me and my staff are well experienced and love working with people.
