This review is way overdue! Sebastian was so great to work with. A true collaborator. He brought his vision to my project, heard my own vision for it, and found a way to bring the best of both visions to the work at hand. He and his workers were on time and worked their buns off. They removed a huge amount of debris and weeds and what remained was a clean, reshaped garden that was not only ready for the winter, but is ready with bulbs for spring. I will definitely be bringing him back to make sure this projects keeps looking its best. Check out the amazing before and after photos! THANKS SEBASTIAN! SEE YOU IN THE SPRING!

Sebastian Trujillo, an advertised landscape designer and horticulturist, arranged and installed my Brooklyn Brownstone backyard garden last summer, 2024. Now it is almost a year, 2025 and many of the plants shriveled up and died. Unsustainable. I am disappointed and dissatisfied. And invested thousands of dollars. He refuses to have a conversation---experts don't make mistakes? And he blames the customer. As a homeowner, it is more than recuperating some of my investment, it is about quality work and making providers accountable. What is more disheartening, Thumbtack is unable to substantiate or scrutinize---vet their experts. Mr. Trujillo is unprofessional and unwilling to assess the garden, his work, and the outcome. My advice is to be careful and accordingly, do your due diligence. Sebastian website is questionable. I hope with further assistance, my garden renovation and remodeling situation will improve with a remedy that I can live with. I have already submitted a claim without readdress. These are a few photo examples.
