I'm a Certified Life Coach and a Career Coach helping people tap into their brilliance and create results in their lives. After undergoing the most tumultuous time in my life, coaching was exactly what I needed to rejuvenate my life. What I thought would be some actionable advice actually turned out into a life-changing experience, leading me to wholeheartedly pursue the power of personal development. As your coach, it is my goal to dissect the limiting beliefs holding you back, support you in understanding what is in the way of achieving your desires, and help you transition into the life you have always wanted. I help people get “unstuck” to create the results they want. I believe that nothing is impossible unless we think it is.

Millie is an exceptional life coach. She is a wonderful communicator and intently listens in order to help address the areas of your life that you want to improve. She has a warm demeanor, but also actively encourages you to accomplish your goals. Millie is professional, punctual, and goes above and beyond to provide you with resources at your pace to help along the way. She has a great sense of humor which I find helpful as I am working through my thoughts, feelings, and changing my mindset. I would highly recommend Millie to anyone who is ready to make changes in their life, and have someone supportive in their corner to help them to do so.

I highly recommend Millie, at MS Coaching, to anyone who is interested and motivated in making a change in life. She is an amazing coach! Working with Millie has been a humbling and rewarding experience for me. Millie helped me reflect on what I really want for myself and what I want in my life. She encouraged me and showed me how to increase my own self-awareness. During our sessions, she asked me the tough questions, that perhaps I was avoiding. Although, I was not always prepared to answer them, she was supportive and guided me towards finding my own personal truth. At first, the process was difficult, but it ultimately forced me to be honest with myself and to hold myself accountable. Millie did an excellent job in coaching me to uncover negative thoughts that were holding me back. She helped me realize that if I want to achieve my goals, I need to change my approach and my way of thinking. She has been instrumental in helping me create new habits and patterns that will serve as a foundation for me to build on. Millie wasn’t there to ‘fix’ my problems, instead with her unbelievable personal and caring approach, she helped me frame them properly so that I could see the solution. I am grateful to have someone like Millie supporting me and challenging me. Millie is authentic, intelligent, compassionate, and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to make a change in their life!

Working with Millie has truly been a blessing to my life. Millie started coaching me during one of the most devastating cross roads in my life. At that time I was seeing a therapist but I didn't see any true progress in my life. I needed someone who could help me move away from the place of loss. Millie was sent on my path right in time. Within a 4 month time frame Millie showed me how my mindset was blocking me from reaching my goals and truest desires. She also provided me with tools and insights that gave me the biggest break throughs in my relationships and career. My life will never be the same because of Millie's effective coaching techniques and ability to hold a safe place for me to learn and grow.
