Jill is wonderful. She helps you do the work and start the tasks you’ve been putting off. Reminding you with gentle nudges to do things you may fear or hesitate to do without her presence. It’s like having a little cheerleader that wants the best for you. She is just a kindred spirit and roots for all her clients the same; with genuine love and compassion. When we are missing that type of light in our lives, it helps hold the pieces together. You rock Jill, don’t think I’d be quite as far or happy on my journey without you. <3

Just take the plunge, and allow yourself to heal! Jill has helped to empower me on a long overdue journey to heal my inner child. I was reluctant to identify my childhood as the root of many obstacles in my personal and professional life, but she has helped me to reframe my thoughts more positively.
I am confident in my ability to identify triggers, and establish new behavioral patterns that I would not have accomplished on my own. I am more mindful about things that do or do not suit me, or align with my peace. So happy to have her continued presence and support in my life.
