- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are subjected to change by June 2021. Discounts are given when you want to buy a package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a new customer is understanding what brings them to coaching. What are they trying to achieve and why is that important to them? Together we see where they are currently and what is preventing them from reaching their goals. We will work to close the gap by helping them have greater insights in their life, partner with them in creating action steps and being their accountability partner. My first conversation with them is always complimentary. From there I answer any questions, share my method, style and personality to see if we are a good fit!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in training, learning and development for over 15 years and have coached over thousands of women. My coaching education is from Coach U, one of the oldest coaching providers that is accredited by ICF. I am also a Masters of Psychology in Education with a concentration in spirituality, mind and body candidate at Columbia University. I have taken many leadership courses and assessments myself including: Landmark, School of Life, DiSC, EQ-i2.0, MISQUIT and ECSI.
