My name is Judy Pham and I'm the founder of The JP Way. I’m a corporate and personal development coach. I have been in training, and learning and development for over 15 years. I started coaching professional women and have found that at the root of coaching, activating an individual’s core values and character strengths can drive transformation. I’ve coached over hundreds of associates and I eventually left corporate to start my own coaching practice to work with individuals who also want to focus on personal and spiritual development. The JP Way, and its foundational practices encompass positive and spiritual psychology, incorporating mindfulness, shifting mindsets and leveraging emotional intelligence to help you achieve a life with greater purpose and success. I have the gift of perception, ability to get to the essence of the ”who,” and share effective methods to help you achieve your greatest goals. My personal experience includes coaching and healing refugees and victims of sex trafficking in countries such as Greece and Cambodia.
