- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a ICF certified Professional Coach (PCC) and hold several other coaching and facilitation certifications. I have experience with individuals and groups on personal and professional levels. I have over 25 years of experience from a variety of backgrounds and industries - at individual, team and leadership levels to address personal and professional goals. I incorporate a wholistic toolkit of professional coaching tools with breath-work, guided meditations, somatic release and spirituality to cater to individual needs and interests.
