Shelden Life Coaching for Women

My name is Alexa Shelden and I am a Women’s Board Certified Life Coach, Health and Wellness Coach, and Licensed Certified Social Worker. I strive to support women in topics such as stress management, wellness, career, relationships and more. During our coaching calls, clients will be heard, inspired to set goals, invited to think deeply, guided to gain clarity, and supported to achieve their dreams. It is my goal as a professional coach to become an ally in a client’s life. I work from a place of compassion, empathy and non-judgment. I believe all of my clients are whole, competent, creative, and resourceful beings who can achieve whatever they set their minds to! In fact, I believe that my client’s already have all that they need to achieve their intentions, and may need support from a life coach to gain access to the answers they are seeking. Shelden Life Coaching offers 1:1 meetings with clients over the phone. Typically, one 15 minute complimentary coaching call is scheduled to discuss how I may be of support to a client, discuss client expectations, and answer any questions about the coaching process. I am able to reach clients all over the world thanks to telecoaching!
