As a Certified Professional Coach, I use a combination of techniques in my coaching to show you how to easily cut through the "muck" and move forward. I'm certified as a Professional Coach by the Center for Executive Coaching, NYU, and Center for Integrative Hypnosis. We'll dive into time-tested, results-driven techniques, as well as a more intuitive and fluid approach. If you have particular issues with stress, anxiety, or some kind of behavior that you'd like to change, I'll help you to eliminating habituated patterns in the unconscious mind, replacing those unproductive thoughts with thoughts that feel good.
