- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For text only, we charge $25-40. For graphics, we offer a fixed rate of $65. Typically we include 2-3 variations for background and color. For per-project basis or outsourced marketing, we are flexible with a pre-negotiated retainer or budget limit. For our loyal clients, we do provide additional discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we start with a web meeting to go over a slide deck with design options, your specific requirements, and answer any of your questions. We then create 3 variations of your request in PNG or any source format you prefer. Based on any feedback, we make revisions and send over the final version.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Marketing/design experience of over 10+ years. Contracted design projects for international hotels, fine dining restaurants, small retailers, and other service industries. Graphic design in corporate e-Commerce and IT for several years. Working with multi-million dollar e-Commerce companies with websites, Amazon, Shopify, ETSY, eBAY, etc.
