Ralph and Rose responded to my request and answered all of my questions promptly. Two professional movers came on time and moved my stuff upstairs fast. Very good service and will hire them again.

Ralph and his team at Octomovers were AMAZING! Set up was easy and they provided fair pricing for our move. We spoke a few more times before the move date confirm arrival time and other updates. They came promptly when scheduled and worked quickly to get the move done. Ralph and his team were efficient and friendly, and the move was so easy because of them! I would definitely recommend working with them for anyone looking to move, will use again in the future.

We were fortunate to enough to be able to hire Octomovers for our last-minute move from Manhattan to Brooklyn. Ralph, the owner, was incredibly easy to work with during the whole process - friendly, professional, transparent about costs, and highly response via phone and email. We did a two-step move that required overnight storage, and the pricing was very reasonable. Would definitely hire Octomovers again!

Really enjoyed my experience working with OctoMovers, before the move Ralph gave me in person consultation for a flat fee rate, which in fact was very accurate. On the day of move, they arrived on time, moved very professional and quickly, my apartment was four flights up but it didn't slow them down, they took care of everything including carrying my huge sleeper sofa 6 flights up the stairs ( because the freight elevator wouldn't fit the couch at my new place) under 4 hours. The only imperfection was some managable scratches left behind but nothing too serious. Will use them again.
