- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is set in stone. I do have a travel fee — if you live in Broward County I do not charge a travel fee. If you’re located outside of that county travel fee applies. The further away it is, the more for travel just to cover the cost of gas and tolls if applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask questions to get an idea or vision of what the client is looking for. In order to secure a booking there is a deposit REQUIRED. This is to prevent cancellations and last minute changes.
