- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a family-operated business, we feel transparency and open-communication is very important. We strive to provide both: so we'll always let you know if your moving needs may be better served by another company. And if we're the best fit for you -- we'll outline all pricing costs, so there are never any surprises on moving day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the quote gathering process, we'll need to get a sense of the space to best estimate the manpower and materials needed for a move your size. We can do this in a number of ways: (1) schedule an in-house estimate for a time/date most convenient for you (2) some customer prefer to send over pictures/inventory list of the apartment space. From there, we're always available to answer any questions you may have. To book your move, simply let tell us which date to reserve -- and you're all set! There are no security deposits needed, and all payment is due at the very end of your move. We believe life is stressful enough -- moving doesn't have to be!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew has years of experience in the moving industry, and we too continuously strive to provide the best service possible. While we have received training (and licensure) from the State of New York, we don't believe the learning process should ever stop. With that said, we keep learning, and we keep moving!
