I am a commissioned New York State Notary Public. I am available for mobile notary services to notarize documents, Apostille, administer oaths and affirmations, taking affidavits and depositions, receiving and certifying acknowledgments or proof of such written instruments as deeds, mortgages and powers of attorney; demanding acceptance or payment of foreign and inland bills of exchange, promissory notes and obligations in writing, and protesting the same for non-payment. My signature is on file with Suffolk, Nassau, New York, Queens, Brooklyn, and Staten Island counties if you need your documents authenticated. All mobile bookings must leave a 50% deposit upon agreement date via ZELLE or Cashapp and pay the rest upon completion of the notarization. Traveling across the boroughs is costly and time consuming. This ensures my time is compensated for and that the client is serious as well. ex. traveling from Suffolk county to the Bronx is over 40 miles. I am also a Travel Agent.
