- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair and you will absolutely get value for money. If you are ever not satisfied I will always make it right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally start by asking a lot of questions and getting to the heart of what my client needs. This is usually a phone or video call and it allows me to take stock of the project and provide an estimate of cost. I then work with the client, without judgement, to declutter and create areas and spaces within the home that allow for peaceful enjoyment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified home stager.
