Chef Pirata is an artist when it comes to menu creation, elaboration and accomodations.
My wife and I celebrated our tenth anniversary with friends and family , roughly around fourty people, where some of our guest had specific dietary needs, go figure ...
From vegan to vegetarian, gluten free, seafood allergies just to mention a few.
Our Chef simply executed every request and single signaled detail to perfection, yet preserving and conserving an array full of flavors which I without any doubt consider the deliciousness and consistency of his food is admirable.
From that particular event, some friends also hired Chef Marcos (El Pirata) for some events, I am very excited to have been the link between them, it has been a very memorable experience from the beginning, the easyness to organize, negotiate and simply talk with Marcos, his effectiveness, creativity, anticipation, punctuality, his staff very responsive and attentive to detail.
It has been a great pleasure for me, my family and friends.

I had the wonderful experience to have chef Marcos Toribio host my birthday party and from the moment the party started, the flavors in each dish were a delightful surprise, and the presentation was like a work of art on each plate. The chef truly has a gift for creating unforgettable culinary experiences. I can't wait to have him back and savor more of their delicious creations. Overall, a dining experience that exceeded all expectations. This chef's passion for food shines through in every bite
