Erin transformed my mess within the time frame she provided before coming. I am truly blown away by her organizational skills and her kindness. There were a lot of specifications around how things had to be and where they needed to be and she managed to make our apartment feel like home again. I would recommend her a thousand times over.

Look, I’m not usually the type to write reviews, but Erin deserves this one. After my divorce, my place was a disaster. Half-empty rooms, boxes everywhere, didn’t know what to keep or toss. A buddy mentioned Charm & Order and I figured what the hell, can’t get any worse.
Erin came by and didn’t give me any of that overly cheerful organizing guru nonsense. She just looked around, asked some straightforward questions about how I actually live, and got it. She came back a few days later and basically put my life back in order.
She helped me figure out what furniture I actually needed (turned out I needed more than a couch and a TV stand). Got my kitchen set up so I could actually cook instead of ordering takeout every night. Even dealt with all the random stuff I didn’t know what to do with, like old photos and things from the marriage. She was respectful about it, didn’t push, just helped me sort through it.
My place actually feels like a home now instead of some depressing bachelor crash pad. I can have my kids over without being embarrassed. Didn’t think I needed help with this stuff, but turns out I did. If you’re in a similar spot, just call her. Worth every penny.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Charm & Order! I booked a free consultation call with Erin, and she immediately understood what I was struggling with and had ideas for solutions. Two days later, she came to my place while I was at work, and I came home to a completely transformed space.
What impressed me most was how she balanced everything. She kept all my trinkets and mementos that matter to me but somehow managed to completely eliminate the clutter. She even figured out a great solution for organizing all my two cats’ toys!
Erin also went above and beyond by helping me find a beautiful Stickley dresser for a great price through her connections. It really brings my whole home together and was the perfect finishing touch.
The best part was that I didn’t have to be there supervising or making decisions all day. Erin just got to work and took the initiative to make it all happen. If you’re looking for someone who really listens to what you want and then executes it perfectly, I highly recommend Charm & Order!

Erin is fantastic and incredibly creative and solution oriented. My apartment is small and cluttered and while I just hired her to help organize my closets, she ended up doing so much more, My apartment looks so much more spacious and gorgeous.
