- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Sessions are 100.00/hour. Discounted package rates available. I am certified by the National Council for strength and fitness
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to get our first session on the calendar as quickly as possible. During our first session, I take the time to assess my client and get to know their unique challenges and goals. I train them in the method we decide is best so that they can experience what a session with me is like. After this point, the client can pay for either a single session or a package. I never pressure clients into a sale. Even one session can be beneficial in terms of learning how best to make your routine more efficient and I am always happy to facilitate this.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have trained for Equinox for over five years and taught group fitness for them in multiple methodologies for three years. I have trained privately and in corporate environments for five years. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance performance from Marymount Manhattan College.
