Introduction: My workouts are custom to each individual client. Through gait analysis and observation I am able to understand how to fix bio-mechanical imbalances, therefore helping a client become less likely for injury and able to have a more balanced body. Learning how to fire individual muscles is also a large component of effective training, muscles can "cheat" this is due antagonistic imbalance. Once I have evaluated a client I am able to see them through the rehabilitation phase, as muscle is built in places necessary and flexibility is achieved where tightness existed, a client will see huge improvements in the functionality for exercise and every day life. Seeing clients achieve their life long dreams.

I have been working out with Gillian for over 20 years, during that time she has consistently kept me motivated and helped me reach and maintain my goals. She is positive, encouraging and knowledgeable. She keeps up with all the latest health trends and information including nutrition as well as physical activity. Her understanding of the body makes her a safe, responsible, trainer but also helps her know how far to push you. I highly recommend her whatever your goals her. She has experience with men and women. She has the unique ability to tailor her approach to each client so she really helps them achieve the best they can. Over the years I have had the opportunity of meeting several of her other clients all of whom heartily endorse her. You will not be disappointed whatever your fitness goals are.

Gillian is a great motivator with extensive knowledge in her field. When I began training with Gillian I saw my energy levels soar and also became very fit and toned. Gillian not only helps you stay motivated, but also teaches you the correct way to use the gym to suit your specific goals. Gillian is very professional but is easy and fun to work with.

When I met Gillian I couldn't even do a push up. We've been working together for 5 years and now I can do so much more. Our sessions are private and focused on my needs. And just when I think we've done every exercise, she comes up with a new challenge! Gillian is professional and has a great sense of humor making our sessions fun as well.

Gillian is great motivator who never failed to push me to failure. Over the course of my training she whipped me into phenomenal physical condition. Her regimen included a healthy mix of weigh training, plyometrics and stretching which excellerated my progress. Just make sure you bring your A game, she won't settle for anything less!
