- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer different training programs based on the goals of the person. Ranging from 4-20 sessions monthly. The price of a single session varies from $110-$180, depending on the program selected. Sessions within a training program can be discounted depending on the clients location. *Sessions must be cancelled 8hrs in advance to avoid being charged for the session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new person is very simple. Our first session usually will last 1.15hr or 1.30hr. *We first meet for an initial interview at my clients’s location or my private gym (20min). Here I will conduct a Fitness, Lifestyle, and Nutrition Assessment that will help me create a personalized program to help my clients achieve their goals safe & efficiently. **We then set goals for my client, we establish a realistic deadline to achieve these goals and set bi-weekly-monthly check ups to make sure we are on the ride path and my client is achieving his/her goals (10min). **We decided the days and times we will be meeting to train moving forward (5min). ***We are ready to start Training (55min)🏋🏾♂️👏🏾
