Have worked with Chester for the past 5 years three times a week and Im in the best shape of my life. I absolutely hated working out and decided i needed to get fit. He mixes up every work put so it is never boring. He pushes me to make sure eavh workout is effective.

I have been taking kickboxing lessons with Chester for the last few months. He has designed specific exercises to help with flexibility in my hip are which has been a life long problem. He is thoughtful and innovative, demanding, yet, encouraging. All excellent traits in a quality trainer.
